The number of the rosaries should be five as the Five Wounds of Jesus Christ!

It is the Rosary Crusade for all 5 or one of the following intensions:

1. Pour Souls in Purgatory
2. Conversion of Sinners
3. World Peace & Politics
4. Catholic Church & Supreme Pontiff
5. Marriage & Families

Since we are the Special Forces of Our Lady of the Rosary, we can also pray for any suitable intention, mainly for those, where the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary will win once for all! 

It is also possible to pray without intention and give the entire prayer fully into the hands of Our Heavenly Mother to ask God, how and where the graces will be distributed.

Another option might be to pray for all five intentions each day over five days, starting with First Saturday — and afterwards to offer one decade of the Rosary daily for peace in the world, following the message of Fatima.

Tactics of the five smooth stones of David to slay Goliath:

This is the order, in which the respective rosaries should be prayed to obtain the largest prayer impact possible.

"The Church Herself has found in the Rosary Her Shield of Defense. With this Mighty Weapon She Has Defeated Satan, just as with a Sling David Defeated the Giant Goliath."

The five stones taken by David for his fight against Goliath (1 Samuel, 17:40) represent the stones that you can throw by a sling anytime when the Philistine approaches. To follow the strategy of David, they should be used in the following order: 1. Faith, 2. Trust, 3. Courage, 4. Obedience and 5. Praise.

Accordingly, the HRCSJC should be prayed in exactly same order to mimic the David´s tactics of 5 smooth stones as follows:

· Joyful Mysteries: Faith (to the Nativity of Our Savior)

· Luminous Mysteries: Trust (to the Gospel)

· Chivalrous Mysteries: Courage (to Fight Against Goliath)

· Sorrowful Mysteries: Obedience (to Father´s Will)

· Glorious Mysteries: Praise (Heaven for an exceptional Help) 

Prayer Time: Anytime or 5 days starting on the First Saturday to benefit from the largest state of grace obtained from practicing the First Saturdays Devotion.

A Tribute to the 100th Anniversary of the First Saturday Devotion in the Jubilee Year 2025

You can pray the rosary system anytime and the way you wish. Nevertheless, it is recommended to span it over 5 days – each day for one rosary. After positioning of this system into the time frame, where the four already existing rosaries are prayed, the best option is as follows: start praying from Saturday till Wednesday. In this regard, you can place three original rosaries of the former Marian Psalter to the exact days that should be prayed: glorious mysteries on Saturday, sorrowful mysteries on Tuesday and glorious ones on Wednesday. The luminous mysteries will be placed on Sunday, supported by the Holy Eucharist in the Sunday´s Holy Mass. The chivalrous mysteries of crushing the serpent´s head follow the luminous mysteries on Monday to be ready to fight the enemy using this Rosary System. Monday is the day dedicated to the Holy Spirit (see Holy Spirit Monday after With-Sunday and Monday Devotion to the Holy Spirit) and therefore, probably the best choice for the spiritual combats.

Furthermore, the use of this rosary system in this specific timeframe promotes the five first Saturdays devotion in reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. This is an additional reason to start this rosary system on Saturday, although, it is not pre-requisite. Alternatively, one can shift the system the way that each first Saturday different mysteries will be prayed. However, it is beneficial to start all the time on the First Saturday with the joyful mysteries. In this way, everybody will pray the same mysteries at the same day, increasing the prayer power of the entire prayer group. In fact, the Joyful mysteries are the most suitable mysteries for reparation, since the five offenses and blasphemies spoken against the Immaculate Heart of Mary are mainly associated with Her Eternal Virginity and Maternity! 

The virtues of a Rosary Dame and Knight of Crushing the Serpent´s Head:

Rev 21:27: Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life.

The Catholics, willing to pray this rosary system, should follow two main rules, mentioned by Our Heavenly Mother by Her apparitions all over again:

• Pray the rosary daily,
• Consecrate yourself personally to the Immaculate Heart of Mary (according to St M. Kolbe, St L.-M. Grignion de Monfort or by any other suitable consecration prayer).

• Pray 5 rosaries of the system of the Jerusalem Cross dedicated to 5 main intentions, related to this rosary system,
• practice 5 first Saturdays of the First Saturdays Devotion,
• Practice 5 stones of Medjugorje:
• Praying the rosary with heart every day,
• fasting twice every week,
• visiting the Holy confession every month,
• receiving the Eucharist every Sunday,
• reading the Bible every day…

…and by doing so, take your 5 smooth stones to slay Goliath (1 Samuel, 17:40).

Methods for saying the chivalrous mysteries:

In both mental and vocal prayer, you are free to meditate on the chivalrous mysteries in whatever way feels most meaningful to you. You may choose to:

• Repeat the invocation after each mention of Jesus in the Hail Mary,
• Announce the mystery only at the beginning of each decade,
• Or combine the announcement with a Gospel reading in the form of a cenacle.

The third approach is the most recommended, as it helps maintain focus on the mysteries and centers your prayer entirely on Mary and Jesus.

Pray with the utmost humility, following the example of St. Bartolo Longo—as seen in the Supplica, the Fifteen Saturdays Devotion, or the Rosary Novena of Pompeii.

Five reasons of the origin of the Holy Rosary Combat System of the Jerusalem Cross:

1. To Remember the Reality of Hell and Commemorate Christ's Redemptive Victory

In the 13th century, the Church faced fierce opposition from the Albigensians, a heretical sect that denied the central mysteries of the Catholic faith—namely, the Incarnation, Passion, and Resurrection of the God-Man, Jesus Christ. In response, the Blessed Virgin Mary revealed to St. Dominic a powerful way to pray: the Marian Psalter, consisting of 15 mysteries—Joyful, Sorrowful, and Glorious—to combat this heresy.

At the beginning of the 21st century, the foundations of Christian life—such as the sacraments of Baptism, Marriage, and the Holy Eucharist, along with asceticism and penance—were increasingly questioned. To address this, St. Pope John Paul II introduced the Luminous Mysteries.

Today, even the existence of hell and the devil is often dismissed as medieval myth. Yet the devil is real and exploits ignorance to lead souls astray. Moreover, the redemptive work of Jesus Christ is at risk of being forgotten—even by Christians. In response, Mary has now given us a new set of mysteries—the Chivalrous Mysteries—to honor Christ's victory, which opened the gates of Heaven once and for all.

2. Mary as the Bride of the Holy Spirit

The HRCSJC presents Mary as the Bride of the Holy Spirit, echoing Revelation 21:2. In this Rosary system, Mary embodies the New Jerusalem, and the Seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit—fruits of the Chivalrous Mysteries—depict her spiritual union with the Holy Spirit. This may herald the Second Pentecost, as often mentioned in Medjugorje, where Our Lady prepares the way for the return of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

3. Revealing the True Image of Mary to Overcome Blasphemies

This Rosary system offers a true image of Mary, as seen on the home page: our Heavenly Mother, Mother of the CHurch, the Immaculate Conception and Mother of Jesus Christ. She is the Woman who crushed the head of the ancient serpent (Genesis 3:15). Through this depiction, the Rosary seeks to counter blasphemies—especially those against her perpetual virginity—and restore reverence for her true identity.

4. A New Interpretation of the Interior Castle of St. Teresa of Avila

The HRCSJC can also be seen as a spiritual journey through the Interior Castle, as described by St. Teresa of Avila. Mary, as the New Jerusalem, guides the soul through the various mansions of the Castle, leading to its center—where Jesus dwells. This Rosary becomes a path of deep interior transformation and union with Christ.

5. Forming True Warriors of Christ Through Mary

Don Dolindo Ruotolo teaches that the Seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit, received at Confirmation, are meant to form us into Warriors of Christ. However, these gifts must be nurtured, or they will diminish—like muscles that weaken without use. The HRCSJC cultivates these gifts, helping believers grow into true warriors of Jesus through Mary.

It is no coincidence that the Chivalrous Mysteries were revealed on the Feast of St. Augustine, who said that Mary is a mold in which we are formed into the image of Christ. The Seven Gifts soften our hearts to follow God's will, allowing us to be able to fill the mold with divine perfection.

After consecration to Mary, we become like a brush in her hands. For the Master to paint a masterpiece, the brush must not resist—it must move only according to His will. In this Rosary system, the soul becomes a weapon in the hands of Jesus through Mary. To fulfill their mission, we must surrender completely to God's will. The Seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit empower us to do so.
